ABOUT FROZ BAKERY
FROZ BAKERY was founded on 03 March 2008. It was all started out of passion by Wayne as an online bakery and fond for pastries and cakes that are less sweet and oily. He believed that many consumers in the market are more health conscious and preferred “Reduced Sugar and Fat Content” pastries and cakes. Therefore, he targeted the consumers in this niche market by starting his online bakery. The 3 successful factors of FROZ BAKERY are – by providing excellent customer service, by baking the pastries and cakes fresh and making it with reduced sugar and butter.
Since then, FROZ BAKERY ventured out to open its the first bakery store in Bedok that grew from a Rojak stall in the coffeeshop in 2010 to half a stall space in 2011. Eventually, the outlet closed in 2013 due to significant increase in rental. In 2012, we opened our 2nd outlet in Tampines. In 2013, we saw the potential of cafe business and ventured into serving gourmet coffee. In 2015, we opened our 3rd outlet in Ang Mo Kio which operates as a full fledged cafe serving not just pastries, cakes and gourmet coffee but also mains and light snacks.
Tampines outlet was moved to Bedok in Mar 2016 and again moved to CT HUB 2 in Aug 2017 due to increase in rental. CT HUB 2 was permanently closed in May 2019 as we have shortage of manpower and all manpower resources and operations are focused at our flagship store in Ang Mo Kio.

At FROZ BAKERY, the quality of our products are never compromised. We always ensure that quality ingredients are used in our food preparation despite the ever rising food costs. Without fail, we also ensure that all products sold to our customers are of high quality and standard and we believe serving high quality irresistible products begins with the best choice ingredients.
Home-Made Style & Freshly Baked
All our products are crafted in home-made style using only fresh and best choice ingredients. Our customers are able to enjoy high quality and irresistible products as our products are always freshly baked.
We reduced the sugar content for most of our recipes by at least 25%. Even though the sugar content has been reduced, the taste of the products are never compromised. We reduced the sugar content in our products as there are customers in the confectionery industry that prefer lesser sugar content in their pastries.
Examples: Muffins, Brownies, Cheesecakes, Cream Cakes, Cookies
We reduced the butter content for several of our recipes by at least 20%. Even though the butter content has been reduced, the taste of the products are never compromised. We reduced the butter content in our products as there are customers in the confectionery industry that prefer lesser fat content in their pastries.
Promotes Green Movements
Paper-made bags and/or boxes are used to pack most of our products as these materials can be recycled. We encouraged our valued customers to inform our staff if they do not require plastic bag and/or disposable cutlery.
From Oct 2019, we have also implemented incentive rewards for customers that bring their own box(es) to pack home the muffins. The incentive rewards range from $0.20-$1.00 for each box of 4/6/12 muffins.
